My upload keeps failing

Accepted files

• □JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF
• □Up to 10 MB per file
• □A clear phone photo is fine — it does not need to be a scan

If it still fails

• □Check the extension is genuinely .jpg — renaming a file does not convert it
• □Photograph the document flat, in daylight, with all four corners visible
• □Avoid flash, which usually blows out the text
• □If the file is very large, photograph it again at a lower camera resolution

If a document is too blurry to read, the expert will send it back and ask for a clearer copy rather than guess at what it says.
