A form shouldn't decide someone's year.
Applications get rejected over a spelling, a date format, a photo that's a few kilobytes too large. The person filling it usually did nothing wrong except not know the rule. SarkariFormMitra exists to close that gap.
Why this exists
The cost of a small mistake is not small.
Missing a recruitment deadline can mean waiting a year for the next notification. A scholarship returned for a wrong IFSC can mean a semester's fees unpaid. The stakes sit entirely with the applicant, and the help usually available is a queue at a cyber café that charges by the page and takes no responsibility for errors.
The work itself isn't complicated. It needs someone who knows which document a field should be copied from, and who checks. That is the whole service.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
A person fills your form, not a template
Every application is read and typed by a trained expert working from your uploaded documents. Nothing is auto-filled from a guess, and nothing is copied across applicants.
You approve before anything is final
The form comes back to you first. You read it line by line, send it back if something is off, and only then is it marked ready. There is no version of this where a form goes out without you seeing it.
We don't submit on your behalf
Most portals need your own OTP, biometrics or signature. Handing those to a third party is a bad idea, so we don't ask for them. You get a print-ready form; the submission stays yours.
Your documents are not the product
Uploads are visible only to you and the expert assigned to your application. They are not public, not shared, and not used for anything other than filling the form you asked for.

An independent service, and we say so everywhere.
We are not a government department, not an agent, and not affiliated with any recruiting body. Nobody here can influence the outcome of your application — we can only make sure the form you submit is filled correctly and completely.
