We help you prepare government forms. You upload your documents; a trained expert types the form's fields from those documents; you review the result and print it. That's the whole service.

SarkariFormMitra is an independent service. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department. We do not submit forms to any authority for you — the final submission is always yours to make.

You must upload genuine documents that belong to you and check every field before you print. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you provide and for the final submission of your form.

We fill your form carefully from the documents you provide and correct any mistake you point out before you approve it. If a document is unclear, we'll ask you for a better one rather than guess.

Filling a form is charged per form, shown before you pay. Uploading documents and joining the queue is free. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We are not liable for the outcome of any application, for rejections by an authority, or for deadlines missed due to incorrect or incomplete documents you provided. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected form.

We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
