What an expert actually does.
Read documents, don't guess
You copy each field from the applicant's own documents. When two documents disagree, or a scan is unreadable, you send it back and ask — you never fill in what seems likely.
Know the rules that trip people up
Name spellings, date formats, category certificates, photo dimensions. Most of the job is knowing which detail causes a rejection and catching it before the applicant does.
Handle documents like they matter
You'll see Aadhaar cards, marksheets and bank details belonging to people who are trusting you with them. Discretion isn't a policy here, it's the job.
What we look for
- Comfortable reading and typing in English and Hindi
- Careful with detail — this matters far more than speed
- Familiar with sarkari recruitment, scholarship or certificate forms
- Reliable internet and a computer, if working remotely
