Is this a government website?+
No. SarkariFormMitra is an independent service. We prepare your form neatly and correctly — you print, sign and submit it yourself, exactly as you would a form filled at a cyber café, but without leaving home.
Who can see my documents?+
Only you and the expert assigned to your application. Documents are stored privately and served only to logged-in accounts with permission — they are never public.
What if something is filled wrongly?+
You review every field before anything is printed. If you spot a mistake, the form goes back to the expert to correct — it isn't marked complete until you approve it.
Do you submit the form to the department for me?+
No — and that's deliberate. Many portals require your own OTP, biometrics or signature. We hand you a perfectly filled, print-ready form; the final submission stays in your hands.
When do I pay, and how much?+
You pay ₹99 per form, only after an expert has filled it and it's ready for you to review. Uploading documents and joining the queue is free.
Which file types can I upload?+
JPG, PNG, WEBP and PDF, up to 10 MB per file. A clear phone photo of a document works fine — if it's too blurry to read, the expert will ask for a better one.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, if we made a mistake we can't fix, you were charged twice, or a technical error took your payment without unlocking the form. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
