Refund & Cancellation Policy

There is no charge to create an account, upload documents, or join the queue. You pay ₹99only after an expert has filled your form and it's ready for you to review.

You can delete a draft application at any time before payment at no cost. Nothing is charged until you choose to pay.

We refund your payment in full if:

• the filled form contains a mistake we made from your documents and we are unable to correct it, or
• you were charged more than once for the same form, or
• a technical error took your payment but didn't unlock the form.

We can't refund once you've downloaded or printed a correctly filled form, or where a form was filled correctly from the documents you supplied but those documents were themselves wrong or outdated.

Email help@sarkariformmitra.test with your application number within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
