Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, email, mobile number); the documents you upload for a form; and the information an expert types into your form. We also keep basic records of payments.

Uploaded documents are used only to fill the form you requested. They are visible only to you and the expert assigned to your application. They are never made public, sold, or used to train any system.

You, the expert filling your form, and — for support and oversight — our administrators. We do not share your documents with any third party except where required by law.

We keep your completed forms and documents while your account is active so you can reprint them. You can ask us to delete a specific application and its documents at any time.

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Documents are served only to signed-in accounts with permission. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

You can update your details or delete a draft application from your account at any time. To request full account deletion, email us at help@sarkariformmitra.test.
