What my application status means

• □Draft — you have started it but not submitted; nothing is in the queue yet
• □Submitted — waiting for an expert to pick it up
• □In progress — an expert is filling it now
• □Needs info — your turn: read the note and upload what was asked for
• □Ready — filled and waiting for you to review, pay and print
• □Completed — paid and printable any time from your dashboard

Needs info is the only one that needs you

Everything else moves on its own. If your application sits at Needs info, nothing happens until you reply — the expert has asked a question and cannot continue without an answer.
